Starting out as a small Ford franchise in the middle of farm lands in the San Fernando valley more than 35 year ago, Vista has grown to include two locations in two cities spanning two counties selling hundreds of vehicle per month and servicing thousands of vehicles a year.   Our brands include Ford and Lincoln.  We employ hundreds of dedicated employees, many whom have been a part of the Vista family for many years.  We still have many of our original employees at our locations.

Vista has achieved our success by putting customer satisfaction first.  We hold many coveted customer satisfaction awards including 5 Ford Chairman's Awards, the highest honor that can be bestowed upon any dealer for outstanding overall customer satisfaction.

In addition to these awards, The Vista Automotive Family gives back to our community.  Over the years we have contributed tens of thousands of dollars to our local schools, religious organizations and many other worthy charities.  We have spent millions of dollars and countless volunteer hours beautifying our community and have been actively involved in several city chambers and improvement projects.

Our commitment to our community is only second to our commitment to you.  Our customer base includes many repeat customers.  In fact, repeat customers and referrals make up much of our business. We accomplish this unprecedented owner loyalty by always putting our customers first and providing the best after sale experience in the industry.   With so many long term employees, you can always count on a familiar face to help, no matter when you need us.

Our success and growth hasn't changed our family owned and operated way of doing business. The Shuken family welcomes you to try the Vista experience and become part of our family.   And for all those loyal Vista customers, we want to thank you.

From the Shuken family and the entire Vista team, thank you for your continued patronage!

Vista Motorsports HISTORY

Vista Ford Racing was created in 2013 by Vista Ford Lincoln of Oxnard Vice President, Tony Fiori and took off quickly. Within only a few months, VFR decals could be found all over Ventura County and beyond on all types of new Ford vehicles. Lifted Trucks, Performance enhanced Mustangs, and even tricked-out Focus STs could be seen cruising the Pacific Coast highway, 101 Freeway, and even city streets of Oxnard, Camarillo, Ventura, Simi Valley, Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, Moorpark, and beyond. The founding team was hand picked by the founder and consisted of Skeeter Raider and Sid Engle. Both passionate automotive enthusiasts, each member of the VFR team brought different specialized passions and skills to the table. Skeeter is one of the most connected classic car personalities in Southern California. Sid Engle was brought on board as a performance parts specialist with many years of experience in the performance aftermarket parts industry, and a few months later, James Stanley for his graphic design, photography, and marketing skills. While Skeeter has left the area, he will always be a part of the VFR team. After a few years of successful builds, we are continuing to build better and better vehicles with only more and more room to grow.

As of November 2018, the VFR acronym and Vista Ford Racing name plate was replaced with Vista Motorsports to strengthen the tie between the dealership and the vehicles as well as evolve the brand to encompass more than just the Ford and Lincoln nameplates.

Vista Motorsports is now the umbrella of which will cover modifications and upgrades to all makes and models of vehicles.
